L’association Initiative Perspektivwechsel e.V. s’engage pour l’éducation politique et (trans)culturelle. Notre équipe internationale développe des projets à Berlin et à Douala au Cameroun. Dans le cadre du projet “Sur les traces de la résistance contre le racisme”, nous sensibilisons les jeunes sur le racisme anti-noir comme héritage de l’histoire coloniale allemande et les encourageons à se positionner de manière antiraciste dans le cadre de nos ateliers interactifs.

En se penchant sur différentes stratégies de résistance anticoloniale, les discussions sont lancées sur les privilèges, les rapports de force et la participation démocratique.

Pendant l’atelier, nous nous pencherons sur les mouvements de résistance anticoloniale passés et présents au Cameroun, un pays qui a été une colonie allemande pendant 35 ans. Nous travaillerons sur la base de notre bande dessinée Résistance, qui présente trois générations différentes de résistance anticoloniale au Cameroun.

Nos ateliers s’adressent en particulier aux classes scolaires, mais aussi aux groupes de jeunes, aux étudiants et aux jeunes adultes qui envisagent de faire du volontariat à l’étranger.

Pour cela, nous souhaitons former de nouveaux animateurs.rices  ! A cet égard, nous saluons expressément la candidature des personnes issues de la diaspora camerounaise et africaine !

Notre offre

• Quatre jours de formation gratuite des animateurs.rices les week-ends du 23-24 nov, du 30 nov – 01 dec 2024.
• L’exploration des relations qui ont lié le Cameroun et l’Allemagne pendant la période coloniale et postcoloniale
• Approfondissement des connaissances sur le racisme anti-noir, le colonialisme allemand et les résistances anticoloniales au Cameroun
• Méthodes du travail d’éducation historique et politique et du travail antiraciste
• Un suivi pédagogique et un accompagnement personnalisé au sein de notre équipe
• Un travail enrichissant au sein d’une équipe sympa, multiculturelle et déterminée à déconstruire les structures de la pensée raciste !
• Une rémunération pour chaque atelier animé.

Ton profil

• Tu habites à Berlin
• Tu es étudiant.e à l’université ou dans une formation pédagogique, travailles avec les jeunes ou engagé contre toutes formes les discriminations
• Tu as de bonnes connaissances en Allemand (minimum niveau B2)
• Tu as quelques connaissances sur le colonialisme et l’histoire germano-camerounaise
• Tu réfléchis à ta position au sein des structures racistes/rapports de pouvoir
• Tu es autonome, avec un sens de l’initiative
• Tu peux participer aux quatre journées de formation
• Tu es disponible après la formation pour donner au moins deux ateliers.

Ta contribution et ta voix sont décisives dans un atelier sur la résistance anticoloniale au Cameroun ! Tu n’as pas besoin d’en savoir beaucoup sur le sujet – un intérêt et un engagement très forts sont les bienvenus et suffisants ! Si tu n’as pas encore donné un atelier en rapport avec le Cameroun, cela n’a pas d’importance. Nous avons aussi commencé comme ça. Aujourd’hui, nous sommes heureux de partager nos connaissances et notre expérience avec vous.

Die Initiative Perspektivwechsel e.V. setzt sich für politische und (trans-)kulturelle Bildung ein. Unser internationales Team entwickelt Projekte in Berlin und Douala (Kamerun). Im Rahmen des Projekts „Auf den Spuren des Widerstands gegen Rassismus“ sensibilisieren wir in interaktiven Workshops für anti-Schwarzen Rassismus als Vermächtnis deutscher Kolonialgeschichte und ermutigen junge Menschen sich antirassistisch zu positionieren. Über die Auseinandersetzung mit unterschiedlichen Strategien des antikolonialen Widerstands werden Diskussionen zu Privilegien, Machtverhältnissen und demokratischer Teilhabe angestoßen.

Während des Workshops befassen wir uns mit vergangenen und gegenwärtigen antikolonialen Widerstandsbewegungen in Kamerun – einem Land, das 35 Jahre lang eine deutsche Kolonie war. Wir arbeiten auf Grundlage unseres Comics Widerstand, der drei verschiedene Generationen des antikolonialen Widerstands in Kamerun darstellt.

Unsere Workshops richten sich insbesondere an Schulklassen, aber auch an Jugendgruppen, Studierende und junge Erwachsene, die einen Freiwilligendienst im Ausland vorhaben.

Dafür möchten wir neue Multiplikator*innen ausbilden! Hierbei begrüßen wir ausdrücklich die Bewerbung von Menschen aus der kamerunischen und afrikanischen Diaspora!!

Was wir Dir bieten:

• Kostenlose Fortbildung zur Workshop-Multiplikator*in an vier Tagen am Wochenende: 23.-24.11.2024 und 30.11- 01.12.202
• Vertiefende Einblicke in die Beziehungen zwischen Kamerun und Deutschland während und nach der Kolonialzeit
• Kenntnisse zu anti-Schwarzem Rassismus, Deutschem Kolonialismus und antikolonialen Widerstand in Kamerun
• Methoden der historisch-politischen Bildungsarbeit und der antirassistischen Arbeit
• Pädagogische Begleitung und kollegiale Auswertungsgespräche im Team
• Eine bereichernde Arbeit in einem freundlichen, multikulturellen Team, deren Mitglieder zur Dekonstruktion von rassistischen Denkstrukturen beitragen wollen
• Ein Honorar für jeden durchgeführten Workshop

Was Du mitbringst:

• Du lebst in Berlin
• Du bist Studierende*r an der Universität, Auszubildende*r im pädagogischen Bereich oder hast andere Bezugspunkte zur Anti-Diskriminierungsarbeit/Arbeit mit Jugendlichen
• Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse (Mindestniveau B2)
• Du hast bereits ein paar Kenntnisse über Kolonialismus und die deutsch-kamerunische Geschichte
• Du reflektierst über Deine eigene Position innerhalb rassistischer Strukturen bzw. Machtverhältnisse
• Du kannst selbständig arbeiten und Initiative ergreifen
• Teilnahme an allen vier Fortbildungstagen
• Verfügbarkeit nach Teilnahme an der Fortbildung, mind. zwei Workshops durchzuführen

Dein Beitrag und deine Stimme sind entscheidend in einem Workshop zum antikolonialen Widerstand in Kamerun! Du musst nicht schon viel zum Thema wissen – großes Interesse und Engagement sind sehr willkommen und auseichend! Wenn Du noch keinen Workshop mit Bezug auf Kamerun durchgeführt hast, spielt das keine Rolle. Wir haben auch mal einfach so angefangen. Heute geben wir gerne unser Wissen und unsere Erfahrung an Euch weiter.

ON THE TRACES OF RESISTANCE AGAINST RACISM

→ Become a facilitator in our workshops!

Initiative Perspektivwechsel e.V. is committed to political and (trans-)cultural education. Our international team develops projects in Berlin and Douala (Cameroon). Within the project “On the traces of resistance against racism” we raise awareness in interactive workshops about anti-black racism as a legacy of German colonial history and encourage young people to position themselves anti-racist. Through the examination of different strategies of anti-colonial resistances, discussions on privileges, power relations and democratic participation will be initiated.

During the workshop we will look at past and present anti-colonial resistance movements in Cameroon – a country that was a German colony for 35 years. We will work on the basis of our comic Resistance, which depicts three different generations of anti-colonial resistance in Cameroon.

Our workshops are aimed in particular at school classes, but also at youth groups or students and young adults who are planning to do voluntary service abroad.

For this we would like to train new facilitators! We gladly welcome the application of people from the Cameroonian and African diaspora!!!

Our Offer:

• Free training to become a workshop facilitator in four days over the weekend: 23.-24. November 2024 and 30. November – 1. December 2024
• In-depth insights into relations between Cameroon and Germany during and after the colonial era
• Knowledge of anti-black racism, German colonialism and anti-colonial resistance in Cameroon
• Methods of historical-political education and anti-racist work
• Educational support and collegial evaluation discussions within the team
• Enriching work in a friendly, multicultural team whose members want to contribute to the deconstruction of racist thought structures
• An honorarium for each implemented workshop.

What do you bring to the team:

• You live in Berlin
• You are a university student, a trainee in the field of education or have other links to anti-discrimination work/work with young people
• You have a good knowledge of German (minimum level B2)
• You already have some knowledge of colonialism and German-Cameroonian history
• You are able to reflect on your own position within racist structures and power relations
• You can work independently and take initiative
• Participation in all four training days
• Availability to carry out at least two workshops after participating in the training program.

Your contribution and your voice are crucial in a workshop on anti-colonial resistance in Cameroon! You don’t have to know a lot about the topic – a strong interest and commitment are also very welcome and sufficient! If you haven’t done a Cameroon-related workshop before, it doesn’t matter. We also started just like that. Today, we are happy to share our knowledge and experience with you.
